A way of eating based on the pioneering works we have studied by William Walcott's Metabolic typing and Holistic world-renowned exercise and wellness expert Paul Chek.

The notion of individuality in diet is the key. There can never be any one diet or product that works for everyone. I can help discover which formula works for your biochemical and cultural individuality.

I strongly believe in helping clients work towards creating a lifestyle with food that works towards their goals without creating a sense of deprivation, social isolation, or an unhealthy obsession.

My approach is based upon everyone’s own specific goals and requirements. Example areas covered include: 

·        Assessments, measurements, and food diary reviews

·        Working on adopting healthier eating practices over time

·        Building awareness of best eating practices

·        Portion sizing, structuring meals and meal timing

·        Self-motivation strategies to build consistency

·        Strategies to manage sugar intake or other food addictions

·        Discussing and working through barriers and roadblocks

One of the many advantages of this system is that is reduces the development of food sensitivities which are known to increase cortisol in people.
