Change up your routine


It is always important to change up your routine, and if you have been eating right, sleeping right, there is no reason why your body cannot adapt with the right program to achieve the goals you want.

Give it your heart and soul, and push yourself to the limits, to a place you have not been before, expanding from your comfort zone, everyone has a different individual comfort zone but if you can find that power, endurance or what ever it takes you can progress.
