Deeper meaning behind the posture


Posture can be dynamic or static. Postural muscles can be facilitated by specific responces and caught up by weaknesses in a static or dynamic posture.

Holistic expression of physical emotional states reflected in the physical being, physical is always the last place you are going to see the manifestation of mental and emotional states. Trauma and traumatic instances cause disfunction in an individual. and some are illiopathic which means they dont have a route cause for pain and there can be a deeper meaning behind it.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work with people and have them let me into their lives, and that means a lot and i am truly grateful for the reopor and trust that is given to me by others.

Feldenkrais describes posture as the "position of which movement begins and ends"

You need to know what system has created the imbalance, the muscular works with the nervous with the hormonal and the limbic system, they all hold hands and when one is not functioning correctly the homeostasis does not run correctly. in order to find the reason for the pain or disfunction or imbalances in the body. When the visceral system is inflamed then the muscular system around that surrounding area becomes disfunctioned. Unless there is a trauma to that particular area in which case you need to retrain the system around that and tap into the area of trauma. As we develop as human beings we develop defences, an armouring around our muscles, it is a physical defence that are manifestations of psychological stimulus. Most common armouring is around the heart which leads to shallow breaths and not able to allow yourself to take in sufficient oxygen. A deep breath should be taken down the body way down into the diaphram. It is sad to hear that on a regular daily basis doctors do not treat postural disfunctions on a holistic integrative way to be able to get people more healthy.

We need to go to the route of the problem or you will not be able to treat the issue. it can be challenging and take the time but in the long run it is a lot better than treating problems on a symptom level. I build a program based on a goal that you have, and then build around that from where you are right now.
