Antagonist supersets!


ANTAGONIST super sets!! Bench presses supersetted with barbell rows are fantastic. When a muscle contracts, it's antagonist relaxes, through a process of reciprocal inhibition. This forced inhibition followed by a contraction and then repeated for sets creates a "new" type of muscle stimulation and leads to new adaption. These can be done for any opposing muscle groups. Not only is it a great feeling to have both sides of your body pumped but it also stimulates more muscle growth which leads to 'tone' and fat loss. #rotationdiet #dewfitness #takethetimetodewyou
