Eggs!


EGGS!!- do you eat just the whites or include the yolks?- egg whites are a staple among fitness enthusiasts, they contain amino acids, protein and low calories, but did you know the yolks are superior in many ways as they contain the bulk of the nutrients. Orange yolks are an indication of a well balanced and highly nutritious diet. A few things factor into the making of an orange yolk: xanthophylls, omega-3 fatty acids, and meats. Xanthophylls are a class of carotenoids. Carotenoids are natural plant pigments found in many fruits and vegetables. Xanthophylls are found in dark leafy greens like spinach, kale and collards, as well as in zucchini, broccoli, and brussels sprouts. They also contain Vitamins A and K, and also a high amount of good cholesterol, which contrary to popular belief is very good for you, it has almost no impact on your cholesterol levels and has a high amount of anabolic effects on the body (the muscle building effect) it also stimulates an autoimmune response, inflammation, skin blemishes and poor guy health. When it comes to intolerances to food many people have allergies to the egg whites, they contain natural antibodies which can make digesting them in some people unfavourable. #rotationdiet #dewfitness
