Its time we clear up the myths that have been pushed by so many magazines and by supplement companies.

1. Eating small meals speeds up the metabolism. 2. All calories are the same. 3. You need to eat 1-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. 4. Focusing on one or two body parts per workout is best for muscle building. 5. Saturated fat is bad for you. 6. Cholesterol is bad for you. 7. High reps "tone" and heavy weights "build." 8. Supplements make a huge difference for muscle gain and fat loss. 9. Eating late at night promotes fat gain. 10. Everyone should take a multi-vitamin.
