HAMSTRINGS

Hamstrings!! A very important muscle of the posterior chain. Tight and/or weak hams are a MAJOR factor in back pain and weakness. Contrary to popular bodybuilding bro-science belief, leg curls are NOT the best exercise for hamstrings. In fact machine leg curls are closer to the bottom of the list. Deadlifts, stiff legged deadlifts, good mornings, one legged toe touches and deep squats are far superior and will give you more hamstring development, strength and stability than any leg curl machine ever would. If you love leg curls then do them at the end of your workout...after you have done the effective stuff.
